Vizer Health Home Care is a nurse practitioner owned, professionally driven company based out of Atlanta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina, that provides professional and experienced care to those in need. We take pride in providing our clients with multi-layered, exemplary home care at reasonable prices. Every caregiver (CNA/ PCA) is trained in-house by registered nurses to handle a variety of situations with the competence that only comes from hands-on experience. Every service begins with a preliminary visit by an RN, who will observe the CNA/PCA and assess our client’s needs to find the right system of compassionate, professional care.
